Peran Moderasi Modal Psikologis pada Hubungan Antara Stres Digital dengan Kesiapan Untuk Berubah

Perubahan dalam organisasi telah menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi organisasi, khususnya dalam menjawab tantangan transformasi teknologi 4.0. Semakin meningkatnya produktivitas teknologi baru secara radikal mengubah cara kita melakukan pekerjaan. Namun demikian fenomena stres digital hadir akibat ketidakmampuan karyawan ditengah penerapan teknologi baru di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini berusaha meneliti apakah stres digital berperan terhadap kesiapan karyawan untuk berubah, khususnya perubahan teknologi. Selain itu penelitian ini juga membahas peran modal psikologis sebagai moderator kedua hubungan tersebut. Berdasarkan analisis statistik korelasional dan regresi terhadap 199 karyawan di PT X yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan, stres digital berperan secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah (R2 = 0.031, R2 Adjusted = 0.26 F (1, 197) = 6.329) sig. p < 0.001). Selain itu modal psikologis terbukti berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan kesiapan untuk berubah (r = 0,499, p < 0,01), namun interaksi modal psikologis tidak memoderasi hubungan antara stres digital dengan kesiapan untuk berubah (b = -0.12, 95% CI, p > 0.05).
