Infertilitas sebagai Stres Kronik: Pengaruh Resiliensi terhadap Kualitas Hidup Perempuan dengan Infertilitas

Infertilitas sebagai stres kronik memengaruhi kualitas hidup dan kemampuan perempuan dengan infertilitas untuk bangkit yang disebut sebagai resiliensi. Kualitas hidup yang baik merupakan prediktor akan keberhasilan program hamil. Individu yang resilien melihat sumber stres sebagai pengalaman belajar positif yang membuat mereka lebih kuat dan terus mencari sumber daya, sehingga mereka dapat menghadapi kondisi sulit dengan adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah resiliensi memengaruhi kualitas hidup pada perempuan dengan infertilitas. Kriteria inklusi partisipan penelitian adalah perempuan berusia minimal 18 tahun, sedang menjalani hubungan pernikahan minimal 1 tahun, belum memiliki anak dan sedang mengusahakan kehamilan melalui program hamil alami atau medis, serta menunjukkan distres psikologis terkait infertilitas kategori sedang atau tinggi. Terdapat 129 perempuan dewasa (rata-rata usia 27,8 tahun) yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Tingkat resiliensi diukur dengan menggunakan Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale 25 (CD-RISC 25) dan kualitas hidup diukur menggunakan WHO Quality of Life Brief (WHOQOL-Bref). Uji simple regeression menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh resiliensi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap masing-masing dimensi kualitas hidup. Perempuan infertil yang resilien mampu melihat hidup dengan penuh harapan meskipun dihadapkan pada masalah atau kondisi sulit. Resiliensi mendorong individu agar terlibat dalam aktivitas yang bermakna, seperti membangun hubungan yang dekat dengan orang lain, bergabung dalam komunitas, dan meluangkan waktu untuk rekreasi. Diskusi terkait masing-masing dimensi kualitas hidup dan saran penelitian lanjutan menunjukkan perlunya menjaring populasi partisipan yang lebih beragam.
