Abstract

Dalam menghadapi perubahan dalam industri, kepribadian proaktif sangat berperan penting dalam berbagai aspek kinerja dan dinamika organisasi. Individu proaktif cenderung lebih fleksibel dan adaptif terhadap perubahan di tempat kerja. Mereka melihat perubahan sebagai peluang daripada ancaman dan lebih mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap kondisi yang berubah. Kepribadian proaktif memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada efektivitas baik individu maupun organisasi, serta kontribusi keseluruhan terhadap lingkungan kerja yang positif dan produktif. Alat ukur yang dapat mengukur kecenderungan individu untuk bertindak secara proaktif dalam berbagai situasi yaitu Proactive Personality Scale (PPS). PPS dikembangkan oleh Bateman dan Crant pada tahun 1993. Saat ini di Indonesia belum terdapat penelitian yang melaporkan adaptasi alat ukur PPS ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia agar dapat digunakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan adaptasi PPS dan menguji hasil psikometri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode convenience sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui media sosial dan menggunakan Google Form. Alat ukur yang terdiri dari 17 item diberikan kepada 290 karyawan dewasa awal yang berusia 18 - 40 tahun. Hasil adaptasi menunjukkan bahwa alat ukur PPS reliabel dengan Cronbach's alpha sebesar .826. Hasil CFA menunjukkan model dapat diandalkan dan memenuhi kriteria (RMSEA = .036, SRMR = .066, CFI = .986, TLI = .984). Berdasarkan hasil CFA menunjukkan bahwa model pengukuran PPS dapat direpresentasikan untuk mengukur kepribadian proaktif pada karyawan di Indonesia.
