Resiliensi Pelaku Rawat Keluarga dari Tiga Anggota Keluarga dengan Skizofrenia: Studi Kasus

Menjalani peran dan tanggung jawab sebagai pelaku rawat Orang Dengan Skizofrenia (ODS) bukanlah hal yang mudah. Sebagai ODS, individu membutuhkan perawatan yang tepat untuk membantu individu dapat sepenuhnya kembali beraktivitas dan menjalankan perannya. Dalam menjalankan perannya dan memastikan ODS dapat kembali menjalankan perannya, pelaku rawat keluarga dapat menghadapi berbagai tantangan, diantaranya adalah stres yang disebabkan oleh beban finansial, pekerjaan rumah tangga, kelelahan psikologis, hingga komunikasi sosial yang terbatas. Stres yang dialami oleh pelaku rawat dapat mengakibatkan kegagalan dalam memberikan perawatan kepada ODS. Meskipun demikian, resiliensi dapat membantu pelaku rawat dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan tersebut sehingga dapat kembali menjalani perannya. Selain itu, persepsi pelaku rawat terhadap dukungan sosial yang diterimanya juga menjadi penting bagi pelaku rawat untuk kembali membangun resiliensi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini mencoba untuk mendapatkan gambaran resiliensi dan persepsi dukungan sosial terhadap seorang pelaku rawat keluarga yang memiliki 3 anggota keluarga dengan skizofrenia. Dilakukan wawancara semi terstruktur kepada seorang pelaku rawat yang terlibat aktif dalam sebuah komunitas yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan mental. Hasil wawancara tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik reflektif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan aspek-aspek resiliensi dan persepsi dukungan sosial turut berperan bagi pelaku rawat keluarga dalam menjalankan dan memberikan perawatan kepada ODS. Aspek-aspek resiliensi dan dukungan sosial ini juga mempengaruhi bagaimana pelaku rawat dari ketiga ODS menghadapi tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan model intervensi yang berfokus pada resiliensi keluarga yang merupakan pelaku rawat ODS.
